Regarding year-end and New Year deliveries and inquiries

We would like to inform you about the delivery of products at the end and beginning of the year, as well as customer support, as follows.

■ Regarding product delivery
Closed period: December 31, 2025 (Wed) to January 4, 2026 (Sun)

Although we will still accept orders during the closed period, shipping of packages is scheduled to resume sequentially from January 5, 2026 (Mon).

Therefore, even for regular products, it may take up to about a week for the product to arrive.
Please make your purchase with this in mind.

Regarding orders for overseas
For orders specifying overseas delivery received from December 18, 2025 (Thu) to January 4, 2026 (Sun), products will be shipped sequentially from January 5, 2026 (Mon).

■ Regarding inquiries
Closed period: December 30, 2025 (Tue) to January 5, 2026 (Mon)

Inquiries during the same period are scheduled to be responded to sequentially from January 6, 2026 (Tue).
