You can use "Global-e" as an international delivery service. If you purchase from outside Japan, "Global-e" will be the sales agent, not our company.
"Global-e" is a service specializing in orders from overseas, allowing overseas customers to make purchases with greater peace of mind and convenience by using the currencies and payment methods they use on a daily basis.
Delivery will be made by DHL, the international delivery company contracted by Global-e.

About Shipping
●Delivery company
We will ship using international delivery companies such as DHL.
●Shipping fee
You can check this on the checkout screen.
Please select your country/region at the bottom left of the screen.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
*Due to fluctuations in fuel prices, shipping fees may change depending on when you make payment.
*Shipping charges will be charged based on the amount at the time of order payment, not the month the product is shipped.
●Shipping destinations
Please enter your designated country/region in the shipping address.
If your desired country/region is not listed, we are currently unable to ship to that country.
Number of days from order to shipping
We will ship your order within 7 business days from the date of your order, excluding our designated holidays.
●Delivery status after shipment
After your order has been shipped, please check the "Shipping Information" email sent to your registered email address.
We have provided the DHL inquiry number and a URL where you can check the delivery status.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your delivery status to be updated.
If the shipping status has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us via the inquiry form of each online store so we can investigate the matter.
●Change of delivery address
We cannot change the delivery address after your order has been placed.
When placing an order, please be sure to check the delivery address before placing it.
● Your package is stopped at customs
Customs procedures and inspections are beyond our control.
If your package is held up at customs or if you have been contacted directly by customs, please contact us via the inquiry form of each online shop so that we can confirm the details.
● If you are unable to receive the product and it is returned to us
If the customer does not receive the product after we have shipped it and it is returned to us (including, but not limited to, refusal to receive it, the storage period having expired due to the customer's absence, or an unknown address), we will notify you via your registered email address.
We will notify you via your registered email address and treat your order as canceled. You will be responsible for the following fees. We will refund the remaining amount after deducting the fees you paid.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of products cannot be accepted after we have sent you an email confirming your order.

Regarding non-conformity with the contract
Regarding returns due to non-conformity with the contract (initial defects, incorrect product shipped, etc.), we will only exchange the product if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
In that case, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if we do not have replacement stock or if we determine that the replacement is inappropriate, we will refund the shipping costs.
