1.新規会員登録とログイン
CREATE AN ACCOUNT

YZ MEMBERSとは、YZで購入する方にクーポンやキャンペーンが優遇される会員プログラムです。YZ MEMBERSの対象は会員となります。

新規会員登録およびログインはオンラインストアまたは公式アプリから行えます。また、別のメールアドレスにて会員情報を2つ以上お持ちの場合、いかなる理由におかれましても購入金額の統合は一切行えません。アカウントにログインせず、ゲストユーザーとして購入した際の履歴も同様、反映の対象外となります。会員を退会された場合はYZ MEMBERSの対象外となり、購入金額の履歴・会員ランク含め復旧不可となりますのでご了承ください。

Member rank changes automatically based on annual purchase amount. "Regular", "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold", "Platinum", "Diamond". As the member rank goes up, various services and benefits will be upgraded. ※Purchase amount includes tax. Details are described below in 3. Update member rank

Please note that the annual purchase amount determining the rank, and the content of benefits may change, be added, or terminated with prior notice.

3. Member Rank Update
RENEW YOUR MEMBERS STATUS

The member rank will be updated based on the annual purchase amount. You can check your current rank by logging in to the registered "Online Store" or "MY PAGE" in the official app.

When registering as a new member, start from "Regular".
Customers who have already completed member registration at the start of this service will also start from "Regular". The member rank will be reflected on the same day when the purchase amount reaches the rank amount.

The reflection of the purchase amount that determines the member rank is as follows:
・For purchases in the online store, "on the same day as the product shipping date"
・For purchases at stores/POPUP events, "on the same day as the product purchase"

The target of the annual purchase amount calculation is as follows:
・Order amount in YZ online store, YZ app
・Purchase amount when presenting a member barcode at store/POPUP events
・Shipping fees, various handling fees, and coupon usage amounts are excluded
・Consumption tax is included in the purchase amount
・In case of returns/refunds, it will be deducted from the total amount

4. Update Date
DATE OF UPDATE

The update date is January 1st every year. The calculation period is one year from January 1st to December 31st. (Service starts from January 11, 2023)

In the first year of member registration, if the target amount is reached for the next rank, it will be reflected immediately. From the second year onwards, the rank from the previous year (January 1st to December 31st) will be carried over on the update date of January 1st. For the second year onwards, if the target amount for the next rank is reached during the period, the rank will be upgraded accordingly.

Please note that this membership system may change or terminate with prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Example of Member Update
"Immediate Reflection in First Year"
As of January 1, 2023, a Regular Member
If you purchase 15,000 yen on January 2, 2023, you will be ranked up to Silver Member on the same day.

"Rank Carryover from Second Year Onwards"
Annual purchase amount of 15,000 yen from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023
The rank from January 1, 2024, onwards will reflect as a Silver Member (annual 15,000 yen or more)
Furthermore, if the annual purchase amount exceeds 35,000 yen from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, you will be ranked up to Gold Member.

"Rank Downgrade from Third Year Onwards"
If a person's rank was Diamond until December 31, 2023, and the purchase amount from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, was 15,000 yen
From January 1, 2024, downgrade from Diamond to Silver

※About Birthday Coupons
・Coupons are distributed based on the registered birth date.
・If registered from the smartphone app, the birth date is not registered. After registration, please register your birth date from customer information.
・If the birth date is registered during the birthday month, the distribution date varies depending on the registration time.
［Before 10 AM］The day after registration
［After 10 AM］Two days after registration
・The coupon usage period is from the beginning of the birthday month to the end of the month three months later. (For those born on April 5, 2025, it is from April 1, 2025, to July 30, 2025)
・Coupons can be used once each at online stores and physical stores.
・You can check the distributed coupons from the following.
［For store use］App My Page→「Coupon」→「Physical Store」Tab (Cannot be checked or used on web browsers)
［For online store use］(Browser version) Listed in the rank-up email
［For online store use］(App) At the bottom of My Page→「Coupon List」
・After the coupon is distributed, the recipient will be notified via the registered email address or smartphone app.
・Some stores do not accept coupons.
・Some products are not eligible for coupon use.

※About Gift Wrapping Service
・The gift wrapping service wraps your ordered products with original wrapping materials.
・One order comes with one wrapping. Depending on the order quantity and product size, wrapping may not be possible.
・If you wish for individual wrapping of ordered products, please order separately.
・The member special gift wrapping service cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. If another coupon is applied at the time of order, FREE GIFT WRAPPING will be canceled.
・The expiration date is noted on the coupon.

※About Free Shipping on Web
・When the member rank is upgraded, a coupon that can be used once is distributed.

・When purchased as a guest, basic shipping charges apply regardless of the purchase amount.
Please note that refunds or returns cannot be made due to forgetting to apply the coupon on the purchase screen.
・The expiration date is noted on the coupon.
・Coupon codes can be confirmed from the following.

※Delivery Service from Store
・After purchasing at the store, it is a service that allows delivery to your home or specified location. It cannot be applied to online purchases.

※Digital Gift Card
・For those who have reached the Diamond rank, a digital gift card will be delivered once a year (irregularly).
・The gift card can only be applied to one order. It cannot be used in two separate orders.
・It can only be used on the online site and mobile app. It cannot be used in stores.
Please note that refunds or returns cannot be made due to forgetting to apply the gift card at the time of purchase.
・The expiration date is noted on the gift card.

Contents of Service Revision Main Changes
Accompanying the renewal of YZ MEMBERS, the amount and special contents of the member stage update will be revised.
・The amount to reach Silver will change from 50,000 yen (tax included) to 15,000 yen (tax included).
・The amount to reach Gold will change from 100,000 yen (tax included) to 35,000 yen (tax included).
・Additions and changes to special contents.
