【Regarding Orders】

・All displayed prices include tax.
・Payment methods available are credit card, smartphone payment (PayPay / Merpay), and deferred payment (Paidy).
・If there are any input omissions, insufficient information, incorrect addresses, or other input errors, there is a possibility that issues such as inability to ship products may occur. Please ensure to enter accurate information when ordering.
・The actual products delivered may have corrections or changes in size or specifications. Please acknowledge this in advance.
・The shipping period for products may vary due to production circumstances. Please acknowledge this in advance.
・For exhibition products, there is a possibility that the product plan itself may be unavailable, and delivery cannot be made. In such cases, we will contact the customer and arrange for a refund.
・If the ordered product is out of stock, we will contact the email address provided at the time of order. Please ensure your terminal settings allow receipt of system emails.

【Regarding Shipping】

・Products are shipped from Yamato Transport.
・If multiple items are purchased, they will be shipped together on the scheduled shipping date of the item with the latest delivery date.
・If you wish for separate shipments for multiple items, please order each item separately (with separate order numbers).
・If exhibition products are purchased together with regular products, shipping fees will be incurred.
・Changes in size or color/exchanges/cancellations/returns after ordering are not accepted regardless of the reason, even before product shipment. Please acknowledge this in advance when ordering.
・In the event of a reshipment, return shipping fees, etc., will be charged.
・If the product is returned to the original warehouse due to reasons such as absence, we may cancel the order at our discretion. Note that this cannot be used as a reason for cancellation by the customer.
・If any of the above notes are violated, we may refrain from accepting future orders. Please acknowledge this in advance.
