CREATE AN ACCOUNT

YZ MEMBERS is a membership program where those who purchase at YZ receive perks and campaigns. The target of YZ MEMBERS is to become a member.

New member registration and login can be done from the online store or the official app. Also, if you have more than two member information with different email addresses, for any reason, the integration of purchase amounts is not possible. If you purchase as a guest user without logging into your account, the purchase history will not be reflected. If you cancel your membership, you will be excluded from YZ MEMBERS, and the purchase history and member rank cannot be restored, so please understand.

The member rank automatically changes according to the annual purchase amount. "Regular", "Bronze", "Silver", "Gold", "Platinum", "Diamond". As the member rank goes up, various services and benefits are upgraded. *The purchase amount includes tax. Details are below 3. Member rank updates

Regular 〜¥49,999 (including tax)
Silver ¥50,000〜99,999 (including tax)
Gold ¥100,000〜199,999 (including tax)
Platinum ¥200,000〜399,999 (including tax)
Diamond ¥400,000〜 (including tax)

3. Update Member Rank
RENEW YOUR MEMBERS STATUS

The member rank will be updated according to the annual purchase amount. You can check your current rank by logging into the "Online Store" where you are registered, or on "MY PAGE" of the official app (to be released soon).

When registering as a new member, start from "Regular".
Customers who have already registered as members at the start of this service will also start from "Regular".The member rank will be reflected on the same day as the purchase amount reaches each rank.

The reflection of the purchase amount that determines the member rank is as follows.
・For purchases at the online store, "on the day of product shipment"
・For purchases at stores/POPUP events, "on the day of product purchase"

The target of the annual purchase amount aggregation is as follows.
・Order amount at YZ online store, YZ app *Purchases on the current mobile app are not included.
・Purchase amount at stores/POPUP events with member barcode presentation (to be released soon)
・Purchase amount at sales and family sales
・Shipping fees, various handling charges, and coupon usage amounts are excluded
・Consumption tax is included in the purchase amount
・In the case of returns or refunds, adjustments will be made from the total amount

4. Date of Update
DATE OF UPDATE

The update date is January 1st every year. The accounting period is from January 1st to December 31st of the year. (Service started from January 11, 2023)

For the first year of membership registration, if the assessed amount reaches the next rank's standard amount, it will be reflected immediately. From the second year onwards, on the update date of January 1st, the rank from the previous year (January 1st to December 31st) will be carried over. Even from the second year onwards, if the amount reaches the next rank's standard amount during that period, the rank will be upgraded.

Please note that this membership system may be changed or terminated with prior notice. Please understand in advance.

Example of Member Update
"Immediate Reflection in First Year"
As of January 1, 2023, a regular member
If you purchase 50,000 yen on January 2, 2023, you will be upgraded to silver member within the same day

"Rank Carry Over from Second Year Onwards"
From January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, the annual purchase amount is 50,000 yen
The rank from January 1, 2024 onwards is reflected as a silver member (annual 50,000 yen or more)
Furthermore, if the annual purchase amount exceeds 100,000 yen between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024, you will be upgraded to gold member

"Rank Downgrade from Third Year Onwards"
If the rank was diamond by December 31, 2023, and the purchase amount from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 is 50,000 yen
From January 1, 2024, downgrade from diamond to silver
