・Download the YZ app
* Purchase via lottery from the WEB site is not supported.
2. Purchase Flow
1. App Download
Please download the YZ app to your smartphone.
* When downloading the app, please update your smartphone's OS to the latest version and then proceed with the download.
2. Login/Member Registration
After starting the app, please log in with your YZ account from "My Page".
If you do not have an account, please register as a member from "My Page".
* If you forget your password, please change it from the "Forgot Password" section at the bottom of the login screen.
3. Lottery Entry
During the lottery period, please enter from the target product page.
Also, after the lottery starts, the target products will be gradually released. Please note that it may take some time to reflect in the app.
* Only one lottery entry is possible per product page.
* Only the winners can purchase the selected color/size during the lottery entry.
* No changes or cancellations can be made after the lottery entry. Please ensure there are no mistakes in the color/size when entering.
* Due to reasons such as app deletion, the recovery of the lottery entry cannot be done.
* After the entry, you cannot confirm the detailed product information of the participating items yourself.(Color and size, etc.) Please make sure to confirm the product you are entering for yourself before participating in the lottery.
4. Lottery Result Notification
After the lottery period ends, we will notify you of the winning or losing status within two weeks.
Please confirm the lottery results from the notification (🔔 mark) in the upper right of the app.
* Inquiries regarding lottery results are not accepted, so please confirm the results from the app.
* Due to reasons such as app deletion, the recovery of winning orders cannot be done.
5. Settlement
Please purchase the product from the app by the settlement deadline mentioned in the winning notification.
* If the settlement deadline is missed, re-purchase acceptance cannot be done for any reason.
