【Regarding Delivery Estimates】

Generally, we will ship within 3 to 5 business days from the order date.
* Excluding weekends and holidays.
* If purchased with pre-order products, we will ship on the scheduled shipping date of the pre-order products.
(We cannot accommodate separate shipping requests)
* Due to adverse weather conditions, shipping and delivery may take longer than usual. Please understand in advance.
■ Pre-order Products
The estimated shipping period of the product is listed on the product page.
Please make sure to confirm before purchasing. The following are the estimated shipping periods for the reservation notation.

【About Reshipping Products】
If due to customer error, such as below, the product is returned to the shipping warehouse after being shipped by the delivery company, we cannot reship the product in principle.
- Address issues (missing lot number, missing room number, address changed due to moving, etc.)
- Label mismatch (different name on the delivery address, etc.)
- Long-term absence (such as exceeding the storage period specified by the delivery company)
However, if you request redelivery to our company from the store's inquiry chat by the 20th day, counting the day returned to the warehouse as the first day, we will handle the redelivery procedure.
Additionally, the redelivery fee incurred at that time will be borne by the customer (cash on delivery). Please be aware of this in advance.
